Soapbox is also the front end interface Truth Social uses on top of Mastodon (Fediverse)

Jack Dorsey Donates $10 Million To Turn Bitcoin Into ‘The Native Currency Of The Internet’

OpenSats is a 501c3 non profit that has major donors like Jack Dorsey who just donated 10 million in May of 2023.

Funny thing is that Truth Social created a fake account for Jack Dorsey and used the picture of him at the Bitcoin 2021 conference. Probably just a coincidence! KEK

NOSTR provides an open free protocol that anyone can add to without the reliance on a third party central server. There is no centralized censorship algorithms in this protocol and you can also instantly tip any post or profile with #Bitcoin lightning. It works with relays that anyone can add to their feed to see content from other social media apps. What this ultimately means is that users get to chose their user experience based upon what platforms they ultimately decide to include. The “proof of work” #Bitcoin aspect is the most appealing addition to this protocol because it will help eliminate the spam and bots influencing polls or interaction. Imagine if every time a bot had to pay a few sats (bitcoin) to like, retweet or vote in a poll? Requiring actual users to pay a small fraction would make AI bot armies virtually useless as the cost required to manipulate interaction would be too cost prohibitive in this architecture. What this means is that #Bitcoin literally FIXES EVERYTHING! Even Social Media!
