Gotta be nearing critical mass if someone like me is getting sucked into the orbit. I'm guessing it won't be long now before the cookie finally crumbles.
Thanks for the brilliant outline, seems to have worked for me.
It's a little intimidating at first. I think there should be an effort made to (A) educate ordinary people on the difference of a symmetric encryption algorithm (like most username/password pairs, AES) and an asymmetric encryption algorithm (like the public/private keys used here, RSA) and (B) explain to people that there are multiple frontend clients they can use to login but that their posts are accessible across all, and finally (C) get the different clients to simplify the login process so novice users don't accidentally start creating multiple private keys
I'm an old guy and definitely not technically savvy on things like this so I would need very simple step by step instructions to know what it is and how how use it.
Damus in the Apple store is not fake, however there is a Damus App in the Google store that is a fake apparently. For apple use Damus for Android use Amethyst.
Thanks GMoney, great SS and what a great way to onboard people into the BTC paradigm. Preach it.

The link you had for IOS download is the Apple Store which is a fake. Your Substack states the fake account purpose may be to steal your key.

So I just make up my own display and username?
